We want you to be confident in your Axiom machine. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains when and how you can return a product for a refund or exchange.
30-day returns
You may return most machines within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, the machine must be in resalable condition — unused or lightly tested, clean, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the included test sheet. Machines showing scale buildup, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a reduced refund or refusal.
How to start a return
Email support@axiomespresso.com or call 209-640-5809 with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond with return instructions and the address. Please do not ship anything back before receiving confirmation, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and for change-of-mind returns you are responsible for return shipping. If a return is the result of our error or a defective unit, we cover return shipping in full.
Defective or damaged items
If your machine arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered by the 2-year limited warranty, and we will repair, replace, or refund the machine at our discretion. Items marked final sale or clearance, and consumable parts such as gaskets and filters, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns but remain covered by any applicable warranty.
Exchanges
Want a different model? Start a return for your original machine and place a new order for the one you want, so you receive it as quickly as possible. Reach out and we’ll help make the switch smooth.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund within the expected window, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer, as processing times on their end can vary. If you have done both and still have not received it, email us and we’ll trace the transaction and follow up until it is resolved. We do not charge a restocking fee on standard 30-day returns, provided the machine comes back in resalable condition as described above.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already left our facility, it will be handled as a standard return once it arrives back with us.
