These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Axiom Espresso Dynamics website and your purchase of our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products, pricing, and orders

We work to describe our espresso machines and their specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that every detail, image, or price is free of error. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability, and will refund any amount already charged in such cases.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Where financing options are offered, they are subject to the terms of the financing provider.

Warranty and use

Axiom machines are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or failure to descale and maintain the machine as instructed. Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property and liability

All content on this site, including text, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Axiom and may not be copied without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Accuracy and communications

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when you place an order, and to keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your purchase. By ordering, you consent to receive transactional messages — such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies — at the email address or phone number you provide. These service messages are separate from marketing and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.
